慧智精微成型製造股份有限公司成立於 2015 年高雄大發工業區，由黃自築董事長號召海內外具備深厚產學背景與產業經驗的研發與製程團隊共同創立。我們以「永續經營、創造價值、放眼世界」為使命，致力於以先進製程協助台灣產業升級、跨越技術瓶頸。
Founded in 2015 in the Dafa Industrial Park, Kaohsiung, Wisdom Microfabrication Co., Ltd. was established by Chairman Tzu-Chu Huang, bringing together a team of experts with strong academic and industry backgrounds from Taiwan and abroad.
Guided by our mission of sustainable growth, value creation, and a global outlook, we are dedicated to advancing Taiwan’s industries through innovative process technologies and overcoming technical barriers.
公司以濺鍍、黃光、電鍍、化鍍、電鑄到精密加工等全鏈結製程整合能力為核心，提供從設計開發、材料工程、薄膜製程到量產的一站式服務。這樣的整合能力，讓原本需委外3–4家的分段作業，也能在慧智一條龍式一次完成，大幅縮短開發時程並提升製程一致性。
Our core strength lies in fully integrated process capabilities, including sputtering, lithography, electroplating, electroless plating, electroforming, and precision machining. We offer one-stop solutions from design and material engineering to thin-film processing and mass production.
This integration enables processes that traditionally require multiple vendors to be completed in-house, significantly reducing development time and ensuring process consistency.
我們長期專注於貴金屬材料與高純度薄膜技術，打造跨足電子、光電、光學、半導體、生醫、綠能、航太及汽車等產業等產業的高可靠度產品，包括：精煉貴金屬濺鍍｜多層薄膜基板｜電鑄結構、微細電鑄元件｜RDL／高密度封裝金屬化製程｜金屬化積層薄膜／厚膜｜精密模仁、微流道、微細結構加工｜高純度Au、Pd、Pt、Ag｜軟性 PI 電路、蝕刻製程...等。
We specialize in precious metal materials and high-purity thin-film technologies, delivering high-reliability solutions across industries including electronics, optoelectronics, optics, semiconductors, biomedical, green energy, aerospace, and automotive.
Our offerings include refined precious metal sputtering, multilayer thin-film substrates, electroformed structures and micro-components, RDL and high-density packaging metallization, laminated thin/thick films, precision molds, microfluidic channels, microstructures, high-purity Au, Pd, Pt, Ag, as well as flexible PI circuits and etching processes.
